Policy & Procedures

 

  The conference fees indicated are the fees per participant.

  The fees include conference participation (all days), conference

   proceedings, coffee & tea during breaks, lunches, Sunday evening

   opening gathering (incl. dinner) and a special invitation to the Monday

   evening dinner program.

  Payments of registration are processed within 3 weeks and a

   confirmation will be sent to you to finalize your registration.

 

Space Availability
    Participation is based on availability and may sell out prior to the

   conference date.

 

Cancellation
    Conference fee refunds will not be granted. However, you are allowed to

   send a substitute to replace you.
